Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

This website (www.moongardendr.com) presents the Moon Garden residences at Coral Golf Resorts, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. It is operated by RE/MAX Paradise (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

3. Follow Up Boss (lead management)

Form submissions are stored in Follow Up Boss, the customer relationship management system used by RE/MAX Paradise, so that an agent can follow up with you. Follow Up Boss processes this data on our behalf as a service provider. We keep your lead record while we are in contact with you and for as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship and our legal and accounting obligations; after that it is deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 8).

4. Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) to measure visits and form submissions (“Lead” events) from our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show relevant ads. The pixel uses cookies and sends Meta information such as the page visited, the event, your browser details and IP address. We also use privacy-friendly Vercel Analytics to count page views, and strictly necessary storage to remember your cookie choice.

You can accept or reject marketing cookies in the cookie notice. If you reject them, the Meta Pixel is told not to use cookies for your visit. You can also control ad personalisation in your Facebook settings and in your browser.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for money.

6. International transfers and security

Our service providers may store data in the United States, Canada or other countries. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, to protect your information.

7. Your rights

Canada (PIPEDA and Quebec Law 25). You may access your personal information, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent to marketing, and ask us to delete it. Quebec residents may also ask how their information is used and request de-indexation or portability where applicable. You may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, in Quebec, the Commission d’accès à l’information.

United States (California CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws). You may request to know, access, correct and delete your personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information. To opt out of ad sharing, reject marketing cookies in the cookie notice or email us. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

Everyone can unsubscribe from emails with the link in each message, reply STOP to SMS, or ask an agent to stop calling.

8. Contact us

To exercise your rights or ask a privacy question, email tech@remaxparadisedr.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and will reply within the time required by law.
